Very pleased with this practice. When it was just Dr. Rita, it was a bit more difficult to get an appointment soon enough. But now that she has hired more doctors it's a lot easier. Also, in my experience (usually going first thing in the morning) the consultation started at the booked time, or even earlier.
What I liked is that they are very proactive. I went to the practice for some injections, the doctor started asking me questions about my health in general, noticed some issues, and she sent me to do loads of tests! Much appreciated!
Everyone is very polite and doing their best to accommodate your needs. Also, they do their best to explain things to you and inform you of what you need to do.
